Avocado Sandwich

An easily assembled and delicious starter or snack

Use a wholemeal or multigrain bread, place a generous amount of avocado seasoning with salt & cracked pepper and Dionysus Robust Olive Oil to enhance the flavour of the avocado.

Add your favourites, pictured are grilled red capsicum, fetta cheese, kalamata olives and bean sprouts.

Drizzle more Robust Olive Oil and cracked pepper for the finishing touch.

Accompany with a crisp white wine, feet up and enjoy.
