Ceviche of Kingfish

Ingredients

  • 500g Kingfish
  • 1 whole lemon (juice)
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • 1/2 spanish onion (very finely sliced)
  • 2 Shallot sprig (finely sliced)
  • 1/2 Pomegranate (seeds)
  • Coriander leaves (to taste)
  • Red chili (to taste)
  • Dionysus Delicate Olive Oil (to taste)


Method

  1. Slice kingfish sashimi style
  2. In mixing bowl gently mix lemon juice with fish, garlic , onion and shallots. Sit for 5 mins
  3. Serve on large flat plate
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves, chili and pomegranate seeds and drizzle with Delicate Olive Oil
  5. Serve immediately
