  1. Sprinkle with generous amount of sea salt, both sides.
  2. Marinate steaks overnight in the Robust Olive Oil
  3. Grill steaks on high heat ideally on a griddle pan.
  4. Steak is best served medium rare (more rare than medium)…to achieve this cook steak until steak feels like your cheeks (when cooking do not be afraid to use your hands, feel is just as important as taste and look, just maintain high standards of hygiene.
  5. Let steak rest, slice thin and diagonally.

Serve with crusty bread and a nice salad, perhaps the Beetroot Salad.
